The chairman of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Golf Association, Mr. Akabom Enebong, has expressed strong support for the newly launched Golf View Estate located off the Abuja Airport Road, commending it as a prime example of combining sports with modern urban living.
During the groundbreaking ceremony over the weekend, Enebong highlighted the importance of incorporating golf and other sporting facilities into new residential projects throughout the capital. He cautioned that developments in the FCT that overlook such amenities may be subject to penalties from the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA).
Enebong urged real estate developers to adopt this trend, noting that it would enhance residents’ quality of life and encourage greater sports participation. “We commend Golf View Estate for starting on a good note,” he remarked, praising the initiative for seamlessly aligning real estate expansion with sports development.
Golf View Estate is strategically positioned along Airport Road, promising residents a lifestyle that merges modern comforts with access to recreational facilities. Golf enthusiasts residing within the estate will benefit from various practice amenities, including a natural putting range designed to evoke the sport’s traditional essence.

In addition, the estate will feature a state-of-the-art indoor 5D golf simulator, offering an immersive golfing experience that caters to both amateurs and professionals year-round. As the demand for integrated sports amenities grows, Golf View Estate stands as a model for future developments in the region.
