Mixta Africa has handed over 27 homes to homeowners at its Ibudo Wura housing development along the Lekki-Epe Expressway, bringing the total number of completed homes in the estate to 192.
The latest handover covers homes across Phases 1 and 2 of the development.
Group Chief Commercial Officer, Mixta Africa, Tola Akinsulire, said the company would continue to focus on delivering homes to buyers as scheduled.
“Handing over keys is one of the most important moments in our relationship with a customer because it is when our promise becomes tangible,” Akinsulire said.
He said homebuyers make significant financial commitments when purchasing properties and need assurance that the homes will be delivered.
One of the homeowners, Soprinye Banjo, said the quality of the homes and the environment met her expectations.
Another homeowner, Yetunde Oyegunle, said she was satisfied with the development after a friend introduced her to the estate.
The company said some homeowners at Ibudo Wura accessed mortgage financing through the Ministry of Finance Incorporated (MOFI) Real Estate Investment Fund (MREIF).
According to Mixta Africa, the financing arrangement allows eligible buyers to provide as little as 10 per cent equity payable over six months, with interest rates of 9.75 per cent per annum and repayment tenors ranging from five to 20 years.
It said indicative monthly repayments start from N534,785, depending on the property and financing terms.
Mixta Africa said units are still available at Ibudo Wura, with prices starting from N58.319 million for one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom row houses and H-type units.
The company said it has delivered more than 30,000 homes across Nigeria, Senegal, Tunisia, Morocco and Côte d’Ivoire since its establishment in 2005.
