Access Holdings Plc Appoints Soji-Okusanya As Executive Director

Access Holdings Plc has announced the appointment of Iyabo Soji-Okusanya as the Executive Director of the Corporate and Investment Banking Division at its subsidiary, Access Bank Plc. With over three decades of experience in corporate and commercial banking, accounting, and human capital development, Mrs. Soji-Okusanya brings a wealth of expertise to her new role.

Having served with the bank for approximately 25 years, Mrs. Soji-Okusanya possesses extensive institutional knowledge and has played a pivotal role in the successful execution of critical projects, including the development of various banking products. Her appointment reflects her exceptional contributions and dedication to the organization.

Mrs. Soji-Okusanya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Ilorin. She is a distinguished Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. Her commitment to continuous learning and professional development is evident through her participation in numerous leadership development courses, as well as her alumni status at renowned institutions such as Harvard Business School, Institute of Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland, and INSEAD and Fontainebleu in France.

As executive director of the corporate and investment banking division, Mrs. Soji-Okusanya will leverage her extensive experience and expertise to drive strategic initiatives, enhance client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth and success of Access Bank Plc under the umbrella of Access Holdings Plc.
