He has an uncommon mien when it comes to generosity and he has never disappointed in this attitude for years unending. Known to many as a cheer-giver, Alhaji Abdulsamad Rabiu spares nothing when it comes to doling out to the needy.

BUA Group, one of Africa’s leading Foods, Mining, & Infrastructure Conglomerates, owned by Rabiu, just signed an agreement with Axens of France for the supply of process technologies for its upcoming 10 million tonnes per annum mega-refinery and petrochemicals facility to be sited in Akwa-Ibom State, Nigeria. This multi-billion-dollar integrated 200,000 bpd refinery and petrochemical plant aims at producing Euro-V fuels and Polypropylene for the domestic and regional markets.

This man of means has been very upwardly mobile in his quest to boost the economic development of Nigeria, via industrialization and prosperity in the entire economic sphere, and is stopping at nothing to engender this, even at the verge of global economic meltdown.
