The event will see the Minister of State for Petroleum Resources (Oil), Senator Heineken Lokpobiri, and his Gas counterpart, Hon. Hosted by NCDMB in collaboration with DMG Events and the Bayelsa State Government, the PNC Forum will feature an invitational golf tourney and a welcome dinner, sponsored by Coleman Wires and Cables, the Bayelsa State Government, and Nigeria LNG Ltd. The four-day event will conclude with a visit to the MG VOWGAS facility in Port Harcourt, River State.
Key presentations include the opening keynote address by Engr. Simbi Kesiye Wabote, the Executive Secretary of NCDMB, and contributions from industry figures such as Engr. The forum will cover critical topics such as “Providing an Enabling Environment for Investment in the Energy Sector,” “Opportunities in Decarbonisation and Domestic Gas Utilization,” “Deepening Nigerian Content in the Manufacturing Sector,” “Financing a Thriving Midstream Sector for Socioeconomic Development,” and “Sustainable Framework for Human Capacity Development.” Additionally, presentations on Research and Development (R&D) success stories are expected.
With the active participation of major international oil companies, members of the Independent Petroleum Producers Group, and service companies, the PNC Forum serves as a platform for interactive discussions and networking among prospective investors, clients, fund managers, government officials, industry operators, and regulatory agency executives.
