Golden Terra Oil has urged Nigerians to embrace a healthy lifestyle.
The executive director of TGI Group, Deepanjan Roy, emphasised, “Health is not a concern for tomorrow; it’s a responsibility for today. The earlier we embrace healthy habits, the better equipped we are to live fulfilling, energetic lives.”
Chief marketing officer of TGI Group, Probal Bhattacharya, said, “Your body works like a machine, and the fuel you give it determines how well it performs. By making small, consistent changes, like switching to healthier oils, you set yourself up for success in Health and life.”
According to the company, “The start of a new year always comes with a fresh wave of hope and determination. It’s a time when people set goals, dream big, and promise themselves they’ll make better choices in various areas of life, be it career, relationships, or health. These resolutions, born from genuine intentions, hold the potential to transform lives. Yet, as the days pass and routines settle, many fall back into old patterns, leaving their goals untouched.
“One of the simplest yet most effective ways to prioritise health is by being mindful of what goes into your body. A key habit is reading food labels. Understanding your products’ ingredients and nutritional content empowers you to make better choices. For instance, paying attention to the type of cooking oil you use can significantly impact your health. Unhealthy fats, such as trans fats and excessive saturated fats, are often hidden in processed foods and low-quality cooking oils. These fats can raise cholesterol levels, clog arteries, and lead to long-term health issues like heart disease and diabetes. The good news is that avoiding them is as simple as being intentional about your choices. Opting for oils like Golden Terra Oil, containing heart-friendly unsaturated fats, can support overall well-being.
“Golden Terra Oil, made from 100 per cent pure soya bean, is a cholesterol-free option rich in Vitamin A and unsaturated fats. This combination supports heart health and promotes good vision, healthy skin, and a strong immune system. Choosing such oils over alternatives high in trans or saturated fats can reduce the risk of heart disease and obesity.”
