Disclosing this at the inauguration of the Mental Health Club and handing over flag ceremony at Government Secondary School (GSS), in Kabusa, Abuja, the Human Resource Manager, Secure D-Future International Initiative, Mrs. Chinemere Iwuanyanwu, noted that the initiative aims at infusing into the minds of students, how to react mentally to situations and circumstances around them, hereby birthing the expansion.

According to her, the students’ mental wellbeing must be a priority to parents, guardians and teachers, adding that mental health clubs should support opportunities where discussions will be heard so as to fight cases that wants to destabilise the mental strength of students.

Also, Matron of the school, Mrs. Chinedu Udoh, explained that the students must be enabled to feel free both in school and at home to achieve that stable mental health.
