Insurance brokers under the auspices of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB) has partnered the Heirs Insurance Group; Sovereign Trust Insurance Plc and Cornerstone Insurance Plc on increase insurance awareness and education in the country.
NCRIB together with the three underwriters stole the show at the 2024 Lagos International Trade Fair (LITF) with their impressive array of qualitative insurance products.
The council’s pavilion became a hub of activities as soon as the fair was opened, attracting a steady stream of visitors seeking more knowledge about insurance with insurance experts on hand to provide personalised advice and guidance, helping business owners navigate the complex world of insurance.
Speaking at the 2024 Insurance Day, organised by the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry(LCCI) as part of activities lined up for the Trade Fair, the NCRIB President, Prince Babatunde Adeleke Oguntade urged business owners and entrepreneurs from various sectors to embrace various innovative insurance solutions to cushion the effect of possible losses.
The president noted that the industry came prepared with arrays of products from comprehensive liability policies to tailored business interruption covers.
