Honourable Kabiru Yahaya, popularly known as Kabiru Classic and the former member house of representative for Anka/Talata-Mafara Federal Constituency, Zamfara state, has announced his decamping from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to join the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Kabiru Classic, was a former member house of representative under the PDP, expressed admiration for Governor Matawalle and Senator Yari’s commitment to addressing Zamfara’s pressing challenges, particularly in the areas of security, economic development, and infrastructure. He credited both leaders for presenting a clear and actionable plan to tackle the state’s economic needs, reduce insecurity, and improve the overall quality of life for Zamfara residents.

Classic noted that this decision was not made lightly and emphasized his dedication to his constituents as the primary motivation behind the change. He believes that by aligning with APC’s leadership in Zamfara, he will have greater opportunities to deliver impactful initiatives to his community, enhancing their welfare and supporting sustainable development in the state. Classic’s move has stirred considerable attention among local political analysts and is expected to further consolidate APC’s influence in Zamfara.
