The management of Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) said it will adhere strictly to the process of integration of service provided by all its units of the corporation so as to achieve seamless operational efficiency.

Deputy Director, Signal and Telecomm of the corporation, Engr. Frederick Olusanya, made this remark recently in Lagos at a two-day lecture series, titled; “Managing Systems Integration On Rail Transit Project”.

According to him, “If each unit or section can be integrated towards contributing their input quota in concert with their demand and experience, there shall be collective success towards implementation of management programmes or projects”.

Olusanya stated further that management of the corporation should endeavour to refer to the paper presented periodically, whenever it is making decisions, adding that if strictly adhered to, those papers will eliminate blame game syndrome.

The Managing Director, Nigerian Railway Corporation Engr. Fidet Okhiria, in his remarks, commended Olusanya, for his contribution to the management development process.

Okhiria enjoined staff of the corporation, to emulate the good qualities of the presenter of the paper, adding that management of the corporation will entrench gains of the lecture in order to improve train operations and efficient service delivery.
