Paralympic Committee Felicitates With Enoh As New Sports Minister

The Paralympic Committee of Nigeria (PCN) has felicitated with Senator John Owan Enoh, on his appointment and swearing-in, as the minister of sports and youth development.

Enoh, was sworn alongside other ministers on Monday by President Bola Tinubu.

PCN was quoted in a release signed by Niyi Alebiosu, the Public Relations Officer, on behalf of the President, Paralympic Committee of Nigeria (PCN), Sunday Odebode and his board as saying that, the appointment of Enoh would turn around situation in the sports sector.

It added, having Senator John Owan Enoh, a seasoned legislature of the Lower and Upper Chambers of the Federal Republic, as the new minister of sports development comes with a lot of experience and exposure to take Nigeria sports to its desired height.

“Senator John Enoh who is taking over from Chief Sunday Dare as minister of sports development is an astute politician and an entrepreneur per excellence. He will impart a great deal on sports development in Nigeria. On behalf of myself and board, we welcome the Honourable Sports Minister to the office and promise to work with him peacefully to promote and win more laurels for our great nation.

“The sports sector is a critical component of human and capital development. With the pedigree of the newly-sworn in minister, better days are ahead for the country.”
