The Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil–Kano, will begin screening applicants for its 12th Regular Course on October 6, 2025, according to Registrar Barrister Ekpere Fidelis Ezeugwu.

In a statement, the Academy said the exercise is compulsory and will take place at its Wudil campus. Candidates must present originals and photocopies of key documents, including school certificates, JAMB slip, birth certificate, local government certificate, guarantor’s form, medical fitness report, and NIN slip. Four passport photographs and an application acknowledgment slip are also required.

Applicants are mandated to appear in white T-shirt, shorts, socks, and canvas shoes. The Registrar emphasized that candidates will only be attended to on the dates allocated to their states of origin.

The application window for the 12th Regular Course opened on July 28 and closed September 8, requiring candidates to have scored at least 180 in JAMB, chosen the Police Academy as first choice, and met academic, physical, and medical standards. Successful applicants will progress to aptitude tests, medicals, and interviews before admission.
