Schneider Electric has asked youths across the globe to proffer innovative project ideas that would drive a sustainable future as it marks 25 years of its foundation.

The firm recently launched a global campaign call for youth applications, titled ‘Youth Innovation For A Sustainable Future’, to celebrate and award impactful, innovative youth projects committed to building a fairer, low-carbon society.

Cluster President, Anglophone Africa, Schneider Electric, Devan Pillay, said, “Through the Foundation’s ongoing, impactful initiatives such as the Energy Technical Training and New Skills for the Future and Innovation programmes, the youth is encouraged to work towards a sustainable future for all; it is a tremendous and admirable goal, and we look forward to the entries from the African continent.”
