The 2024/2025 season of the Federal Capital Territory Football Association (FCT FA) division one and two leagues reached a thrilling conclusion with Sporting Dream FC and One Touch FC proudly claiming the championship titles in their respective divisions.
In the division one final, Sporting Dreams showcased their prowess, decisively defeating Golden Boys 2-0 in a match that captivated fans at the Area 3 Mini Stadium in Abuja. The encounter was a testament to Sporting Dreams’ determination and skill, firmly establishing them as the dominant force in the league.
Meanwhile, in division two, One Touch FC lived up to their name by exhibiting exceptional one-touch football, leaving FHA FC struggling to keep pace. One Touch claimed victory with an impressive 3-0 scoreline. The team took the lead in the first half with a well-executed penalty, which set the tone for their commanding performance. They followed this up with two rapid goals in the second half, much to the delight of their exuberant supporters and the attentive crowd at the stadium.
The triumphs of both teams not only highlight their dedication and hard work throughout the season but also embody the vibrant spirit of football in the Federal Capital Territory. With their impressive performances, Sporting Dreams and One Touch have set a high standard for future competitions in the Nigerian capital city and beyond.
