LG Electronics has unveiled a lineup of artificial intelligence powered home appliances tailored for the Middle East and Africa MEA market at LG InnoFest 2026 MEA held in Abu Dhabi recently.
The exhibition themed Innovation Forward Together featured the company’s latest developments in clothing care kitchen built in kitchen and total cleaning solutions with a focus on user centric design and regional adaptation.
The company said in a statement that the event returning after a seven-year hiatus serves as the company’s flagship regional platform for partners and media engagement. LG said the 2026 edition reflects its strategy to deepen market presence across MEA countries.
Speaking at the event Hyoung Sub Ji President of LG West Africa Subsidiary said the company remains committed to delivering locally optimised solutions to enhance everyday life across the Middle East and Africa. He added that LG will continue to pursue innovation and strategic partnerships to drive sustainable growth in the region.
According to the statement at the event LG introduced next generation residential laundry appliances built on its AI Core Tech platform. The lineup includes models equipped with AI Wash and AI Dry features aimed at improving washing and drying efficiency. Among the products showcased was the 29 inch LG SIGNATURE WashCombo an all in one washer dryer designed with large capacity. The company also expanded its LG WashTower range with a new 25-inch model in addition to existing 24 inch and 27 inch variants to meet diverse installation requirements. The WashTower integrates a separate washer and dryer into a single vertical unit to optimise space usage. Also introduced was a 27 inch WashCombo designed for larger households offering a 25 kilogram washing capacity and 21 kilogram drying capacity. The appliance is equipped with DUAL Inverter HeatPump technology to enhance drying performance and energy efficiency.
