The company announced the recognition recently, saying it reaffirmed its commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where employees can thrive.

According to the employee survey, 94 per cent of workers said they felt physically safe at work, while 92 per cent noted that the company celebrated special events.

The survey also revealed that 91 per cent of employees felt welcomed from their first day, while the same percentage expressed satisfaction with the company’s contributions to the community.

Additionally, 90 per cent of respondents affirmed that Axxela provided training and development opportunities to support their professional growth.

He noted that employees’ feedback reinforced the company’s belief that a strong organisational culture was essential to sustaining performance, innovation and long-term growth.

Olajide added that the recognition would further encourage the company to improve employees’ workplace experiences while attracting and retaining talented professionals.
