The Benue Investment and Property Company Limited (BIPC) has taken delivery of 166 chillers for distribution to retailers of Zeva Premium Beer, You Bitters, and other beverages produced by Food Basket Brewery.

Group Managing Director of BIPC, Dr. Raymond Asemakaha, said the delivery marks another milestone in the company’s expansion drive aimed at boosting operational efficiency and meeting growing market demand. He noted that the initiative would also help reduce supply gaps across the production and distribution chain.

Asemakaha disclosed that BIPC is expecting 14 additional containers carrying similar equipment and materials in the coming weeks, as part of efforts to further scale operations.

According to him, the latest consignment underscores the commitment of Governor Hyacinth Alia’s administration to expanding production capacity and ensuring consistent product availability in the market.

The delivered containers include industrial chiller fridges and large quantities of glass bottles for use at the brewery, reinforcing BIPC’s strategy to strengthen its beverage value chain and support retailers across the state.
