LG Electronics has entered into a strategic partnership with Aspira Nigeria Limited, the maker of VIVA Detergent, to offer customers in Nigeria a bundled laundry solution when purchasing LG washing machines.

Under the initiative, customers who buy selected LG Twin Tub, Top Load, or Front Load washing machines from authorised distributor showrooms nationwide will receive complimentary VIVA Matic detergent at the point of purchase. The promotion runs from April to June 2026.

According to LG Electronics Nigeria, the partnership aims to improve the laundry experience by combining LG’s washing machine technology with VIVA’s detergent to deliver better cleaning results from the first use.

He added that LG’s goal is to provide customers with a complete laundry solution that enhances ease of use and efficiency.

On his part, the Chief Marketing Officer of Aspira Nigeria Limited, Santhosh Nair, said VIVA Matic detergent is specially formulated for machine washing and delivers optimal cleaning performance across wash cycles. He noted that the partnership allows the brand to better connect with consumers and improve everyday laundry routines.

The companies said the initiative positions both brands at the forefront of innovation in the home appliance and consumer goods sector, particularly in delivering value-driven solutions for Nigerian households.

LG also highlighted that its washing machines feature TurboWash for faster cleaning, 6 Motion technology for fabric care, and Smart Inverter motors for energy efficiency.

The machines also come with LG ThinQ smart connectivity, which allows users to control wash cycles remotely, download wash programs, and receive maintenance alerts via smartphone.
